How to prepare them?
š Go shopping and stock up on short cucumbers
š Prepare yourself some space on the table and place a clean jar on it.
š Wash the purchased cucumbers and put a few of them in the jar so that they cover its bottom.
š Throw in 1 grain of garlic, 2 leaves of grapes and 1 leaf of cherry.
š Then load another layer of cucumbers so that there is still some room for the next one.
š Toss in the remaining garlic and cherry leaves and wine leaves. Toss in more cucumbers, covering them with a bunch of dill.
š Boil the water and dissolve the salt in it (1 tablespoon of salt per 1 liter of water). Stir the salt brine so that the salt dissolves thoroughly.
š Then pour salt on the jar and put 2 slices of bread in it at the end (Bread speeds up pickling). Place the still open jar in the safest coldest place (not in the fridge).
š Cucumbers can be eaten after 4 days. After 4 days remove brad from the jar and place the jar in the fridge. This method of making cucumbers is intended for short-term storage (these are not cucumbers that can be kept for a long time). Happy cucamberrrsssss !!!!!
